I built StruckBox because I got tired of sitting through the same training that I sat through twenty years ago. Every department I have worked with has the same complaint. Compliance training is a box-check. Tactical training is rare. The people who actually need reps, the probies and the new officers, get the least.
The big LMS vendors are good at what they were built for: a video catalog and a training record. They are not built for voice. They are not built for AI scoring. They are not built for the 14 minutes between calls when a Captain wants to drill the crew on Mayday procedure right now.

Is StruckBox a full fire department RMS?
No, and that is intentional. StruckBox is a training-first platform. We do AI-graded scenario reps, exam prep, radio drills, oral board coaching, daily drills, SOG quizzes, ISO hour tracking, and AI assessment centers. We do not handle CAD, ePCR, NERIS reporting, fleet, or hydrants. If your department needs those, run StruckBox alongside your RMS instead of replacing it.
How is StruckBox different from Vector Solutions or TargetSolutions?
