We want you to be completely satisfied with First Due Co. If you're not happy with the platform, we offer a straightforward refund process.

Individual Plans (Personal)

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription. After 14 days, you may cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued after the 14-day window.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@firstdueco.com with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We process refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
