Will this actually help me pass the oral board?
It will if you put in reps. Is this only for paid departments or volunteer too?
Both. The hiring process and oral board structure is similar for career, combination, and large volunteer departments. The platform doesn't care who you're testing for, only what you say when the panel turns the mic on.
What about CPAT?
